So I have never had acne problems in my life. My skin as always been perfect and i just got to college like 2 weeks ago (in a new state) and i am getting it.
Now i know that you can get it from differnt climates and stress but i am also dating this guy who has acne and are faces are always touching.
Could i be getting pimples cause of him?

No way....dont worry Sweetheart...chances are that his acne might clear up because he now has a nice girlfreind like you.

Most women don't get acne unitl their 20s anyway because of hormone changes after puberty. You're at a new school, stress sucks, hormones suck, and kissing someone with acne has nothing to do with your acne.
Try using something with benzoyl peroxide in it. I am in a similar situation and have found Proactiv to be working quite well. If your face bothers you enough, talk to your doctor.

It's not a matter of contagious, it's a matter of contact. If his skin is oily or flaky, then those oils and dead skin cells are traded in make-out sessions. While I think the zits come from stress mostly, it would not hurt to get a gentle cleansing routine started. My acne didn't kick in until college, but it's nothing to fear- just try to relax and have a good, safe, perhaps even educational, college experience.

Acne isn't contagious. Yours is most likely caused by stress of a new environment and a new school and all of the new things associated with each.

No. Acne is not contagious and you cannot catch it from your boyfriend. You are in a new place in a new situation and you are under stress. Stress causes acne. You got it from that.

You guessed it. I bet it kind of burns to kiss on him, too, right? I had this problem with my boyfriend when we were teenagers. I found that oxy pads in the purse help tremendously. Also SPF forms a barrier so his oils can't get on your face as easily. Don't let it detour you from kissing him, especially if he's a good kisser!

stress and climate change can do this not from kissing. read tips on treating acne and more on skincare on this site
