No, it doesnt. It happens so quick, you dont know theyre even done. The cartiledge on your ear is insensitive and very easy to pierce. Just make sure you keep them clean and go to a professional piercer.

Peirced your ear ONLY if you want to, not because someonelse tells you to do or not to. If it hurts?, well depends on which area you will be getting pierced, but even if it does it's not that big of a deal. I got my right ear pirced in the upper part 4 years ago (I was 15), and I got 2 piercings. The first one didn't hurt at all, but the second one did a bit. However, even today if I look at my pierceings in the mirror, I still feel like the first they I got them. You know, I look at them and is like "Yeah, this so cool. I love it". So, if you decide to do it, let it be your oww decision so in a few years you would still feel happy about your decision. At least that's how I feel about it.

if its something u really want to do yes u should get them pierced, but u have to take care of ur ears and clean them everyday. And no it doesnt hurt at all, when they are piercing an ear it just feels like someone is poking u easily with a sharp object (a pencil) for a second.

The first one doesn't hurt...and neither does the 2nd. (As they pierce higher up on your ear it starts to hurt)! So, back to the first piercing... it's quick and painless. Make sure they mark your ear and show you where the piercing will be. You can then check in the mirror, and see if it's ok with you, and give them to go....Make sure it's a clean place too. That's important.

I think you should. The pain really isn't all that bad, it just makes you jump a little, and I love to wear earrings. They finish the outfit you're wearing, but you have to make sure that you clean your pierced ears regularly for the next six weeks, becuz ear infections DO hurt A LOT. But it's so much fun to wear earrings, and it's rewarding once you are finally able to wear them. I say go for it!

It doesn't hurt as such, however, I had mine done years ago and had loads of problems with them. My ears became itchy and would scab over sounds disgusting doesn't it. I haven,t worn earrings for about 15 years now and I feel the different one as nearly everyone wears them so by not wearing them I stand out. If you want to wear them then don't be put off by the actual piercing procedure, but do be careful about what earrings you put in and don,t keep fiddling with them once there done.

You should! I have two holes in each ear. It just feels like a little pinch for one moment, and it may sting for a couple of hours, but you'll be glad you had it done! And if you aren't...then you still can leave earrings out for about a year, and the holes will close up. But I do hope you get it done! Good luck!

I think you should - this might be a grandmother story - but the ear piercing helps you get wiser over time. It stings for 10 seconds and then it is all worth it.

It hurts a little if you Peirce the upper ear but other wise its not that bad. Just like being lightly pinched.
