Workout for at least 20 min a day, drink a lot of water, and stop eating 3 hrs before you go to bed. (if you go to bed at 10, stop eating at 7) And the day of the wedding, do 100 situps and 50 tip toes (go on ur toes, go down, repeat) before you put on ur dress, it tightens muscles temporarily, and makes you look smaller!

I found this great article in prevention magazine to tone your buns and thighs when you can't exercise every day. All you need is a set of 2 or 5 pound dumbells(if you want the workout to be more effective). You spread your feet about a foot and a half apart. If using dumbells, hold them in your hands at a right(90degree) angle. You then squat and hold for 3sec.(make sure your knees are not further out than yor feet). Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions(36 times) for 3 days a week. You should see results in a few weeks. Also if you get a salad at Mcdonalds it comes with a 15minute workout video. I'd recommend the core and the strenghth videos.

Ok I swear by this routine and it works wonders! Do just squats and lunges for 45 minutes a day with free weights (8-10lbls) whileu watch your favorite show. Then do arm raises with the same weights. Its easy exercise and it tones u. This is how i came down to a 115llbs from a 145lbs! You'll feel great afterwards and you dont even need to do any cardio unless u want to because the exercise itself is cardio. Good luck!

Don't change your body too much, then your dress won't fit right! Even 5 pounds would make a different! :)
