A year ago, I suffered from anxiety and my friend could not understand why it was so hard to leave the house. Well since then he has pronounced me as dead to him. I know that he has always been a moody individual and I have known him well over ten years. I honestly do not want to loose a friendship from ten years ago. We have had our moments when we did not talk for a couple of years. However, I feel like he refused to hear my reasoning and think it isn't fair. Any suggestions. ..

Why would you want to be friend with someone who treats you like that?

I think he will be more reasonable than you think, just call him, start easy convo. ask how he is doing, tell him how you have been. Don't be afraid to tell him you miss him and you miss hanging out with him. Just let him know how you feel and schedule a time to meet and hang out. Pray about it, he is just probably waiting on you to feel comfortable enough to talk to him again. He may not have refused to hear your reasoning, he just simply may not understand and thats o.k. just start from today, don't dwell on the past remember...true friendships are forever.

Write him a letter and say everything you need to say. Ask him to call you anytime when he is ready. If he never calls at least you know you said your peace.
