you get out of the car. hand the keys to your best friend and tell him to take the old lady out of there. Then you and the girl of your dreams die happy with each other.

Best friend - old lady has lived her life longer than the other two and it is probably her time to go; girl/man of my dreams - well I can find a new one, relationships don't last as long when it comes to love, friendship does (at least for me).
