Unless you have some prior medical pregnancy issues they will not let you have an ultrasound until you are 8 weeks from your last mentrual cycle with a positive HPT.
4-5 hours and 4-5 days after sex wouldnt tell you anything it takes 10-14 days past ovualtion for implantation to take place.

4-5 days? No, probably not, it's a tiny bundle of cells and it hasn't implanted yet. 4-5 weeks? Sure, but you'll likely already know you're pregnant by then anyway.

4 to 5 hours? impossible, 4-5 days not very likely, 10 days, more likely.

4-5 days, no...4-5 weeks, maybe. AT 5 weeks, by transvaginal ultrasound ( the probe is inserted in your vagina) you can see then.

THE BEST WAY TO DETERMINE PREGNANCY IS WITH A BLOOD TEST BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER SEX.
