In terms of celebrities it is two women:
Pell James and Andrea Corr.
In terms of mere looks:
There's this tall Asian girl I see walking from time to time. She always wears designer jeans and is super skinny and has very long hair. I think she is gorgeous.
In terms of female I know:
There's one I know who is a very good dresser (not spectacular but knows how to look good and seems to be in her element); I do not know her physical dimensions. Maybe betweeb 5 foot 2 and 5 foot 5; 105-115 lbs. She has very long hair too. Her face is ok by general scan. Not a gorgeous face, but when she talks, she has this intelligent and sexy sounding voice. She also speaks quickly I noticed. Half the time, I cannot understand what she is saying because her mind is very active. She has an alto voice or low mezzo soprano voice (I prefer females with soprano voices).
She looks sexy because although she is short, she wears shoes that make her taller. Not high heels, but platform sort of shoes. She looks her best when she wears burgundy buttoned shirts.
She is also very intelligent. She isn't the sexiest woman I've seen but when she smiles, she lights up the entire geographical region she is facing when she does.
