Hi
I personally wouldn't.
Your friend could take it the wrong way and then perhaps you wouldn't have her as a friend anymore and that would be sad.
Tell your boyfriend how he could treat you better. If he won't then go and get yourself a new one who will!
Good luck

Absolutely not. Methinks you really are jealous because you want your girlfriend.
If you really do want the boy then for gods sake don't tell him, show him! Make sure you are good and liquored up when you do. Trust me, he will love the excitement of the taboo kiss you about to offer!
If you are in it for the long term then play it slow and wait for just the right time. In the mean time, tease the heck out of him with casual touches and flirtacious smiles, etc..

Why don't you just tell your boyfriend that he needs to treat you better? If you tell your friend's bf your feelings, you will probably lose her and your bf. So if you really want to be lonely, go for it.

the first question you have to ask yourself reguardless of what you friends boyfriend does is why you do not communicate enough to tell him what he could be doing differently? remember too that the grass in always greener ..... you only see a very very minute portion of their relationship ... my advice is to appreciate what you DO have and quit whining about what you don't

No, don't tell her...because it's probably just a temporary "crush." Just talk to YOUR friends about it so it doesn't get all bottled up inside...it will go away soon. And if it doesn't, he's with your sister, not you!

No.
And don't follow TheOracle's advice.
Let your boyfriend know that he needs to treat you better...then, you can all get what you really want.
