i am 4' 10" with small bones. (I heard that was what mattered to calculate your weight). my weigt a couple days ago was about 99, then i checked again yesterday and it was 96, and today it`s 94. this has been happening for like, i dont really remember maybe a year, maybe almost a year. Other times my weight would increase, not decrease. is there anything wrong??

Don't weigh yourself so often. You will make yourself crazy. Your weight can differ several pounds depending upon what time of day you weigh yourself. Always weigh yourself at the same time of day, with the same amount of clothes on for a more accurate picture.

Here is the best advice for weighing yourself that I have ever heard, and I use this all the time...
1. Buy a digital scale. The old dial types with springs can be off big time either way and you can never keep then set, digital is best and well worth the money! (I bought a older LED scale at a garage sale for a buck and it is quite accurate and works great.)
2. Weigh yourself naked in a private place(of course!) after you have gone to the bathroom for the truest reflection of your actual weight. Clothes and shoes and even socks can add weight and increase anxiety needlessly.
3. Weigh yourself around the same time every day after you have gone to the bathroom.
4. If you are in no position to weigh yourself naked, then as a rule subtract five pounds from the reading as this is what clothes add on in weight on an average.
5. Most importantly, only be concerned with your weight week by week. Don't needlessly stress yourself out by thinking of your weight on a day by day basis, as it is perfectly normal for the readings to go up or down by a couple of pounds either way. Looking over the long haul week by week is the best way to track your actual progress!

Nothing is wrong. Mine does the same thing. First of all, make sure you aren't wearing anything when you weigh yourself for complete accuracy. Make sure the scale is on a hard, flat surface. Do it on a hard floorand then a carpeted one... big difference! Also, weigh yourself as soon as you wake up, then drink a cup of water and do it again HUGE difference. Water weight is a big deal, so don't pay attention to the numbers changing as long as it isnt more than 6-8 lbs.

Your weight flucuates throughout the day, weigh yourself at the same time every morning before you eat. Your weight is the most normal in the morning. Also, make sure you wear the same thing when you weigh urself, whether it be your panties or nothing, it will come out more accurately.

No, weight fluctuates by 5 lbs or so in either direction and it could be the scale but mine has fluctuated that way all my life no matter what scale it was.

u might need to get a new scale. make sure u weigh at the same time everyday. in the morning when u wake up u are the lightest and at night after youve eaten you are the heaviest.

i dont think anythings wrong with you the same thing happens to me. one day ill be 95 nd the next im 92 i think its just water weight. if you're wearing like jeans and a sweatshirt vs. shorts nd a tank top that could effect too. if you just ate a big meal that changes your weight. but if ur really concerned next time ur at the doctor bring it up nd ask him if he thinks its normal

i dnt think your scales are broken...u have to weigh yourself at the exact same time every day...your weight varies through out the day, depending on what you've eaten.
