Tell him it just wouldn't work out, that your too busy, already are in a relationship, not allowed to date, not ready for a relationship. Something simple that wont lead you to more lies that will cover up the original lie. White lies are sometimes good, in this case it holds true. Just don't say bluntly "no", because chances are you will hurt him if he conjured the courage to ask you. Good luck!

Just tell him the truth. Tell him no. It's better than beating around the bush. Because if you don't just tell him no he will probably keep on trying to ask you out.

it'd be lying but say you are already seeing someone else. or if he knows you're really not then say "You seem like a good guy to be with but (lying) i don't like you that way, is it ok to be friends? (lying)" it won't crush him bad but if he does try to ask you out in the future get a guy A.S.A.P.! and prove it to him without telling him.

Sit him down and tell him that you are not ready to be a couple yet and ask him if you can just be friends.

Just say that you don't feel ready to go out at this point in your life. Tell him that it's not him it's you (Even though it's really him).

why dont u just give it a try. some girl i know, she knew this guy (that she thought was dorky and wierd) and when he asked her out she said no, and now he's really cute and famous, and it kills her everyday.

tell him your not looking for a relationship aside of being friends....after all, that is how you can really tell if your going to like someone besides looks.
