dock leaves always grow nearby nettles. scrunch the leaves up, rub on the area you have been stung until it turns green. have done this with my 7 yr old daughter many times.works everytime. hope this helps.

Dock leaves grow next to stinging nettles and contain a mild aneathestic. Apart from that use a dab of vinegar.......

That should be dock leaf. Actually a dock leaf takes some beating, if you can find one! Better than having the smell of TCP with you for days on end haha

Its a dock leaf, and you'll ususally find them growing closey by the nettles, handy eh, but thats the most natural way to counteract the effects of nettles

Use a dock leaf. I've no idea what a dot leaf is.

Dock leaves spring up around the nettles, otherwise, just keep scratching it.

I know its not something you normally carry around but vinegar is a great pain reliever for nettle stings

they are actually DOCK leaves, and the dock plant usually grown near nettles. These have been known as a cure for thousands of years- the Romans used them, and in Medieval England, they were known as "docken". No dock leaves? try vinegar.

Just a guess, but would it be similar to a jellyfish sting? In which case you can "naturally" "cure" it by urinating on it. Not the most polite thing I guess.

not a dot leaf a dock leaf could try aloe vera maybe, as it works on burns.
