from yesterday i cant connect to the internet. When i try to connect to the internet it displays the service providers page and doesn;t do other things. I called the service provider. They are telling that , because of the spam it is blocked. And they gave the email address. I mailed them. And they are asking for ip address and log results etc. Since i run the cyber cafe, i dont know from which computer somebody tried to connect to those sites. And i also dont know the ip address. please anybody help me what should i do?

You run the cyber cafe and you didn't adequately safeguard the machines. Adding to that, you don't keep good enough logs so you can tell which machine it is.
My suggestion to you is to wipe and reinstall *all* the machines, and this time actually *secure* them, before letting customers back in.

I don't think you can get "busted" from porn
maybe someone installed something
then again, I really don't know anything about networks
