If they dont have a problem there isnt one if the subservient one develops a problem then they have to come to a new program resolution or there will be disolution

It isn't wrong IF it works for BOTH people. A relationship works based on the extent to which it meets the needs of BOTH of the people in it. If one isn't happy with this arrangement it simply doesn't work. To me it sounds like one is a spoiled brat who doesn't want to contribute anything to the relationships and sees the other as more of a servant than a partner. The other, in these situations, will usually wise up and move on.
