Sign up with some agencies, you'll find lots of these if you just do a search. I would like to give you some websites but all the ones I know are Scottish ones.
If you are flexible you should get work pretty quickly, I signed up on a Friday and started work on the Monday.

All the answers that tell you to go to agencies are right...but remember that certain agencies specialise in certain jobs for example Best Connection: mainly industrial and driving, Protocol : Teaching and so on...so decide what area you want to work in and concentrate on the agencies that service that industry sector...as a student if you are prepared to work like a Trojan you can't beat factory work or shift work for making a quick buck!Good luck Also means that if you are a reliable temp. they will be anxious to use you as you will be surprised how few people want to do labour intensive work

go to your local job centre and they would be able to help you. They have a wide range of jobs, and some of them are full-time and others part-time. The jobs they have are also easier than at agencies, but saying that, it all depends on your qualifications and the type of job you wanna apply for.

tremendous supermarkets mutually with asda or tesco grant versatile positions... purely ask at your community shopper service table in a unmarried of those... in the different case, there are countless non everlasting positions available through recruitment agencies (please bear in mind that maximum agencies will in ordinary words employ those elderly 18+ for coverage applications). different concepts are do a touch "chilly calling". bypass random shops that you'll not mindworking in and ask in the journey that they have got any positions available!! good success!

Join a job agency, if you want a quick job have a wander around bars, clubs and resturants and ask if they need workers.
