Aren't they all retarded? no seriously i mean like sometimes bees sting for no reason, like they haven't been threatened, but they know it will kill them. Sometimes when a fly is buzzing around while I eat, I swat it away. 1 or 2 seconds later, it's back. I keep swatting and swatting until I can TELL it's injured (u don't wanna know) and it keeps coming back! sure aren't smart at all! As a kid once I was assigned this little project to make a small terrarium out of an empty bottle of soda, the big ones. The teacher brought fertilizer and we went outside to catch small plants and little insects. Outside my house i caught a little click beetle and in the terrarium i noticed that if it fell and landed upside-down it would struggle trying to get back up, and eventually just jump up and flip over and keep walking. you'd think it learned to flip over and keep walking, right? but it would always struggle and struggle for like a minute instead of just flipping over and not waste energy. dat 1 must have been real special! hope i didn't bore u. LOL

No offense to bugs, but I think the bugs you see flying into windows are probably the smarter bugs. Their brains aren't very bright, you know. However, I think any mentally challenged insect would probably die within an hour of its birth.

No, thats not why they fly into windows. But it is very possible that there are "retarted" bugs, because im guessing these things can occur in animals and insects the same way they occur in humans.

yeah. Those are the bugs that have yet to adapt to windows.

But if you ask me, people can be just as stupid.
just look at Easter Island or ancient Rome. The people destroyed their own civilization.

That's a good question. I don't see why they couldn't, but then again they just may not survive.. natural selection and all. Although I do wonder if one of my dogs is a little slow.
