I tried to find carpet for my 95 legacy, Not much out there, but there is a group on the web, Subaru club that makes custom stuff or check out this link.

Just go to any interior shop and they do custom carpets and seats. Shouldnt cost anymore than buying new carpet from dealer,and you can probably get some custom embroidered mats to match
