I"m looking for a cheap kilt, I'd like to have one in time for September 9th, but getting it in time for Halloween or St. Patrick's Day is good too... The only one's I can find are 200 dollars!

I know someone who made one...just find a pattern and the right fabric and a sewing machine and you will be good.
And if you don't know how to sew find a friend/family member who can do it for you.
Or start looking around more. maybe check e-bay or do more searches. I don't know where you are from, but if you live near a big city you may be able to find a shop there. I recently went to a renaisance fair and they had tonss of kilts there and i'm pretty sure they were cheaper than 200.
