Find your mom a man, or some activity that will cheer her up, then she will let you see your friend.
Besides that, your friendship, if it is strong enough, should be able to stand this test, and things will get better.
For now, you could be content with talking to her on Yahoo messenger or msn or something on the days you can't see each other, it's better than nothing, you could even get webcams so you can video chat! Thank the Lord for modern technology, eh?
Just be patient, don't disobey your mom, that will only make matters worse, if it's only about housework and stuff, just do the housework before you ask to go to your friend's, she'll probably let you go, and if she doesn't, remember msn...
Be patient, everything's gonna be just fine.

don't worry, your friendship won't fall apart, you sound like a very caring loyal friend. Nothing cements a friendship (other than the effort you're already making ) like making, or buying your friend a card, saying how much the friendship means and how much fun you have when you can spend time together, how much fun your going to have in the future, you know, be honest! I'm 43, and I still do this for my close friends, in this technology age it's REALLY nice to get a card from a friend. I made one recently that said "thank god we're not like..." then pasted a picture of Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie on the front, and inside it had a great picture of us at a ball game laughing our heads off, and I wrote REAL BFF'S FOREVER.
Don't worry, you two will be fine!

When you get home hurry and do the things you need to do.. Then After ask your mom if anything needs to be done do it without being told too.. One thing to make your home look neater and it will make your mom feel good. too.. Then after that ask if you can go to see your girlfriend for a while, your mom will be happy that you did something without being told and say yea... Or make a day and spend hour with each other, just know when the best time will be.. Let your girlfriend know that she is important to you and that if she ever really needs you, you will always bee there for her.. make little cards and mail it to her house everyone likes receiving mail.. She'll know Good Luck!

It sounds as though you need to speak with your mom about your friend, she may know something or feel something is wrong.
If this is not the case ask what you can do to have more free time to spend with your friend.
Be honest most moms appreciate that.

Try helping your mother with the household chores before going to anyone elses house and helping them with their chores. Then ur mom wont have an excuses to not let u save ur loved one from loneliness.

Change your meeting place like the mall or the library or something like that. It sounds like your home is inhospitable to your Friend.

make sure your chores are done. take care of business first. your mom probably would like to have some down-time on her day(s) off. be considerate.
