Trick question!

Depends on where in Florida. Part of the panhandle is in the Central time zone (+2) while most of Florida is in Eastern time zone (+3). So the answer is either 5:00 CST or 6:00 EST. Determine the exact location looking at the maps below and then you'll know whether to add 2 hours or 3 hours.

It also depends on whether you want "standard time" or "daylight savings time" in FL. If it's 3:00 PST, that means "Pacific Standard Time." I would _assume_ that it's Eastern (or Central in the panhandle) Standard Time in FL, but that may not be the case if it's a trick question!
