yes.
i have a large adam's apple that can play different notes when i flick it with my fingers. it sort of sounds like a muted cowbell and i achieve the varying pitches by tightening and loosening my throat. i always bust out this hidden 'talent' at parties and it always gets a good laugh, although it has been called "freaky" before. i also do requests and encourage ladies to flick my throat for the first few notes. however, without a microphone, my neck starts to go red after a few bars of music.

i have several "special talents". I've been told that I could make a lot of money if I opened my own freak show. But I am too embarrassed to do them in front of large crowds.
