yeah cause earth is getting boring!!

Why go to mars in person ? Why not send extremely sophisticated robots ( more than the lame "rovers" they sent) and then upload the experience in Virtual Reality so you can feel and explore Mars as if you were there in person but without having to be really there.

That way you can remain safely on earth, enjoy yourself, explore mars with virtual reality and then go eat supper when you want to.

Seriously, why go to the trouble of being locked in a "washing machine" for 2 years when you can be safely on earth and still experience what it is to be on mars through virtual reality.

You DON'T have to be there to go there.

Hell!!! I been!! You should check out Cydonia, lovely place with the pyramids and the Marsian Face. Take your significant other out on a date to Mars!! Now thats romantic!!

Oh my. I would be terrified, but I would still go. I have never been on a plane, yet alone a rocket! But I would still be thrilled to go! It would be fun!!! Who cares if I puke a little! Hey, Im goin to MARS!

No, it takes about a year to get there, not like going to the moon in a couple of days.
