It's a good reason to go to the doctor (or urgent care center).
These are the best folks to truly diagnose your condition AND give you something to make you better. All you will get here are opinions formed from a lack of information - including mine. :o)

Maybe you are just getting sick with a cold or flu, and are worrying yourself to the point of a panic and this is why you are dizzy, sweaty, and have no appetite. Have you taken Tylenol or any other fever reducer? This would explain the sweating and the fever coming down. See how you feel in 24 hours. If there has been no improvement, I'd get a second opinion. Remember to drink a lot of fluids! Best of luck!

If it's lasted 3 weeks, obviously it isn't going away. Go to the doctor and see what's up. There are a lot of ugly things going around now...and if you watch Discovery Health you'll find that it's better to get diagnosed earlier than later. Do it before it develops into something more serious.
Good luck!

First off, I'm not giving you a diagnosis. I'm a nurse and only a licened MD, NP or PA can give you a diagnosis and only after an examination in person. Please, people, stop asking for online diagnoses.
It's sounds like influenza but I strongly suggest you see your health care provider for an eval. Flu can sometimes progress to bronchitis.

Uhhhhhh..... Bronchitis? Flu? Emphysema? Cancer? Eminent death by asphyxiation? Someone could be poisoning the air you breath? Better see a doctor if it persists.

there is a respiratory virus going around.... we all had it here... just take it easy, drink plenty of fluids, take tylenol for the aches and pains, and if you start hacking up green and brown phlem go see a doctor, because you have a upper respiratory infection.
