What about Kamani, Chuman, Chani, Shakurz, Kuron, Ki, Shaz, Kam, Cham?

Sorry, Zion is a bad idea-- name your kid after the traditional Jewish name for the Holy Land, and there will be much mischief afoot. If you were to combine Shakur and Amani, there's some good possibilities:
Shamani
Shakurani
Amanikur
Amanisha
Shakumani
Shakuramani
All are non-Western, unique, yet still relatively simple to read (as in roll call in kindergarten)...

i would go with Zion Shakur sounds nice!!!!
choose that one it's perfect.
