It could be many things. How is your heart? Sometimes getting moving will help circulation move and will help reduce the swelling. You should see a doctor to have him/her properly diagnose you. Sometimes people have to go on a "water pill" to reduce the edema. I hope it is something simple that will go away. I am praying for you.

I'm not a doctor but I suggest that you see one also you probably need to cut back on salt in your foods
