Try your local fabric store or walmart. They usually have all different types of accessories and stuff for clothes.

It would depend on what you were looking to buy. Craft stores would have the basic stuff, but likely nothing you would want. I imagine that you can buy embroidered band patches to sew or glue on to jeans off websites, but for anything else, you would have to be more specific.

Well if you buy a size 20 XXXL pair from a normal shop and then get it altered to the perfect pair... otherwise google it.
