Actually, if you are on Medicaid and have an individual policy, you must file with the Individual Policy first...unless it is a nonHealth Insurance Policy...something like AFLAC or some of the other Hospitalization Plans that just give you cash for being sick or put in the hospital.

i dk but if you look on the bottom on the back of a medicaid card...there should be a number to call and you can ask them.. if not then go to the website

The supplier usually files on it. Both pay.
