What do women from third world countries or ones that live in tribes and are usually naked all the time do when they are having their monthly? I mean, women in industrialized countries use things for their monthly, but what about tribal women? Do they just ... walk around ...well, you get the picture.

Third world has come to mean poor and underdeveloped but that was not the original case. Third world meant countries not allied with America and England (1st World) and countries not allied with Germany, Italy or Japan (2nd World) during WWII. It was never meant as a measure of poverty. By definition, Switzerland is a third world country and it is not poor or miserable while plenty of areas within the US itself actutally resemble poor and underdeveloped parts of the world.

But going back to your question, before tampons and pads were invented, women used rags which were washed and stored and re-used as needed. Hence the the term "being on the rag" for menstruation. You would be surprised at some of the rituals and customs surrounding menstruation in countries that are not developed enough to have readily fabricated feminine hygiene products. But they don't walk around dripping down the ankles if that is what you mean. Poor and stupid ain't the same thang...

Women in this state in areas that are bound by superstition tend to stay away from others and from crops and animals - since they are believed to be able to cause them harm.

Women around the world and in every culture have been dealing with this issue for millenia. While in some cultures, in fact, most cultures a woman's monthly, as you call it, is a time of separation, they don't just simply lie around and menstruate all over everything. They yse absorbent grasses, plants such as cattails, animal furs, even bits of cloth they weave themselves to absorb theblood and bits of tissue that are discharged from the uterus.

If you read, you will learn in many primitive societies, women are at that time forced by tabu to go into a small house hidden away. It is considered a time of the unclean, which makes sense when there are no sanitary pads.

Don't be afraid to say menstruating or period. I think some of them just let "it" fall. But I'm pretty sure most of those tribes do something to deal with "that time of the month". Maybe they use rags. I don't know.

I do not know about all, but I do know in many countires it is a time of separation. I would assume they separate so that can be taken care of through use of something or to be placed over something for the time period.
