Invest a few bucks on a decent book that you can refer to and reread when it becomes necessary. One is Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets by John Murphy. It is an excellent book.

Don't do it! It doesn't work. Read "A Random Walk Down Wall Street" by Burton Malkiel. It's a book, not a web site, but well worth it.

It depends a bit on what kind of trading you are doing, but certainly a good place to start - and branch off of - is TraderMike at http://www.tradermike.net - I'd also suggest the The Kirk Report at http://www.thekirkreport.com/.
