if I dont eat any bad foods all week I can have a cake on the Saturday - but always end up saying i'll do it next week

i'm not there yet, but i save up money when i want something that costs more than i can afford by telling myself to not waste it on this or that and to buy a cheaper item or like that so i can save a little more towards what i want to buy.

My big one is "If I don't smoke all day today, I can have one or two more than usual tomorrow"...it's dumb, and I hate this habit, but it's what I do.
