If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is: http://www.acne-treatment-medicine-1.info/

Hey- we have the same dilemma! I have a few bumps on my forehead too (in between my brows). What I do is basically wash my face twice every time I wash it. Once with hot water to open pores and the second time w/ cold water to close them. Drink plenty of water and if u have a facial mask creme, use it once a week. The key is keeping ur skin hydrated. Also, for those larger pimples, get some ice and hold it on the pimple. This will help reduce it. In due time, the bumps will disappear.

Wash twice a day with a mild facial cleanser, follow up with Persi-Gel and then a decent moisturizer.

Big tip....stop using tap water. The chemicals are too harsh for our faces. Use spring water to wash your face and you will be shocked by the difference in just a few days!

Avon carries a product line called Pore-fection. It is exactly the same thing as Proactive and a heck of a lot cheaper. I have been using it for a year and have never had a breakout.

Sense you have sensitive skin all you can do take a washcloth pour water as hot as you can stand it on there and some alcohol and put it on your forehead. Leave it on there for 10min. Wash your face and repeat.

Try to figure out what's really causing them since you never really had them before. Are you wearing a bang more frequently? you can try neutrogena, or clean and clear for something over the counter or if you wanna try something more drastic, I have tried proactiv and it works but it costs alot of money. So try to over counter stuff first, cause this could just be something temporary.

Neutrogena Rapid Clear really clears up zits fast. It might dry your skin out a little though, since you said you have sensitive skin. if you're willing to pay a little bit, Proactiv also works well.
