You said it better than a lot of native English speakers. :-)

One thing you might want to do is indicate what kind of business you worked for (residential cleaning or hotels?). For instance, you might say "I was responsible for 15-20 guest rooms per shift. Responsibilities included cleaning all aspects of the guest room including carpets and disinfecting and restocking bathroom areas. Additional responsibilities included cleaning common areas and maintaining a safe, clean and attractive environment for guests."

I think you really don't need a whole lot of help with this. Good luck!

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

If she is asking if you are a responsible person, she may want to know if you can be trusted to do these duties without causing harm or trusted not to steal or take anything. You say caseworker? If your "caseworker" is a government or social caseworker, she may be asking if you act responsibly in your life. For instance, drinking, drugging, not paying your bills or not getting to work would not be responsible.
