by taking some extra pills (as adviced on the package). Once I got my period, it lasted only for one day (usually lasts seven days). Has this happened to anyone? Could I be pregnant?

when on the pill, the inactive (green) pills will allow your body to have a period, but as soon as you start up again on the active pills (white or blue) your period will stop. This is because of the hormones in the pills. So if you only took a 1 or 2 or even 3 day break from the active pills, you should have a very small period.
Also, I was on the pill for 4 years and it always took my body about 2 days after starting the inactive pills to actually start bleeding. Once again your body tries to do whatever the hormones in the pill tells it to.

YES you could be pregnant!! my Best friend just found out she is 6 weeks pregnant. her last period she had sharp pains on her sides. her period only lasted for ONE day then was gone. she thought nothing on it cause she is on the pill but then this month guess what....no period and the sharp pains again she took 2 home pregnancy test which came up POSITIVE then went and got a blood test just to be sure. So YES please go get a home pregnancy test just to be sure!!! they are highly sensitive to the hormones in your body and are usually correct... good luck
