Where do you think those go? How many fires are started because of inconsiderate smokers. Go ahead and smoke, but PLEASE clean up after yourselves.

People throw their "butts" on the ground because they are lazy and they don't want to have to deal with them either when they are in the car or anywhere else. There are a lot of side-road fires because of people who do this and i agree with you that people should clean up after themselves.

Honest to goodness, when I was a cop, I stopped a lady who dumped her ashtray on the street, I activated my roof lights, parked behind her and had her pick up every single butt.
