Homer Simpson. He doesn't have the money to scam people into believing that he is smart enought to run for president, scare the public that 9/11 will happen again, go to war over this lie, run away and hide (from natural disasters, the media, congress), and Lenny and Karl wouldn't be good at fixing two elections.
But Homer knows how to wipe hisass, so maybe Homer is smarter than Bush. Who knows... What would Steve Corbert say?

the dr ruth person is and idiot well i like homer better so bush is stupider. i don't know if thats how u spell it oh well. Homer at least doesn,t screw up our government. Bush is notheing but a plant in my yard that kills off and ruins all the other plats as i was saying bush is the president and he ruins everything for everyone else he can't even say nuclear i mean come on looks like someone didn,t pay attention im english.

Well i am a big fan of The Simpsons, But i was raised in College Station so i am also a fan of Bush. You know, the whole library thing. I kinda hate the library now because we go on field trips there and we have gone over 4 times now. 2 times my junior year, and 2 my senior year. I am glad i am graduated now. But i don't think Bush is that bad. Y'all blow it way out of proportion.
