how can i watch tv on my pc whout having to download the channels or anything?

I think you need a T.V tuner card to watch live tv. But you can also download TIVO shows to your computer from TIVO 2 Go

I've never tried but I don't think you can. You probably don't want to try it b/c you might mess up you're computer for good.
