YES!. They do work if you are only trying to get an erection and keep it long enough, they even give a little more girth and length. But it is not permanent and kind of awkward when you have immediate need. It takes a few minutes to set up and work the thing. Buy a good quality one, the cheaper ones do not work well. Expect to pay somewhere around $100. Cheaper and more discreet on the internet.

They are OK but for permanent gains you want to use a traction device such as the Size Genetics Extender. I've added two inches this way.
