Aussies might anticipate which you have been asking a query yet would not hardship to give up eating beer long sufficient to respond to the question. Brits might comprehend you're asking a query yet might refuse to respond to on the grounds of impropritity. Candians might suspect you're French and forget approximately you because of the fact French Candians have not got self belief that Frenchmen comprehend the thank you to talk French. and finally American's purely answer questions with question except you're prepared to pay for the respond, and because i'm American, I anticipate which you're additionally an American and which you do unlike George Bush. Is that precise?

Just to let you know, I'm American (& Canadian - dual citizen).

I KIND of take offense.

I think you're right, I think a lot of Americans are pompous idiots. But I'll tell you one thing, they're mostly the religious wingnut Republicans. Followers of our dictator.. Oops, I mean President. Please know that some of us have brains, and aren't mindless followers of the ruin that Bush has done to this country. THESE are the people who don't see anyone else except themselves, and are out for only their own profit.

If you'll recall, Bush actually DIDNT win the popular vote in his first election. The MAJORITY of the people in this country did NOT vote for him, but since we have an antiquated electoral college system, the jerk weaseled his way in and has turned our country into one that does not have very many friends left in the world.
Please don't label all of us this way. I would say that it's our government, and the blind who follow them, that is leading our country to self destruction.

By the way, I have a few friends in England, and I traveled there once. I loved it. London was wonderful, and I visited some friends in a little town called Romsey. It was so nice there, and the people were very polite.

I'm British (English), but I lived for a long time in the States and my Dad lives in Canada with his step-family and my half brothers (who are all Canadian).

Not that it makes me an expert, but the answer to your question is that it depends on the person. I think Canadians travel better (like good wine) and Americans are often seen at their best in their home country.

Canadians are much less, (mmm How can I be diplomatic?) arrogant? My best american story is talking to a GI on a plane, and asking him where he was from, he said the US, duh! I diplomatically answered with, ' I guessed that, I meant whereabouts in the states?' I'm afraid I think of americans as being intellectually challenged. Whereas Canadians are more intellectually aware.

Have I got a future in diplomacy? Guess not. But just for giving birth to Bryan Adams, I Love Canada!!!!!!

Canadians of course. They know that there's a world outside Canada, unlike people in the US. See, even the initials are selfish.
