I have never heard of a washer having a lint trap. It is the dryer that has a lint trap. If you are having a lint problem, then you need to examine what is in your home or office or car that is unclean. New clothes often have fuzzies that come off in the first wash or so, but lint should not be an ongoing problem if your environment is clean. Also, wash towels separate from clothes. Terrycloth tends to wear out over time which leads to the lint effect in washing.

Are you washing towels with other clothes? Always seperate light ans dark items . Other than that I don't know what your problem may be. I,ve never heard of a lint trap on a washer.

I've never had a lint trap that I know of, but usually the dryer takes care of the lint.

Maybe you should sort and seperate more effectively. Possibly you are washing fabric types or colors that should not be mixed. Read clothing labels for suggestions.
