Tylenol. To help while she's waiting for the tylenol to work, tell her to sit somewhere comfortable with a cool cloth on her forehead and her feet in warm water. It will help pull some of the blood from her head and ease some of the pain.

tylenol should be safe as long as you don't have any liver problems. Never take NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen) without checking with your doctor as they can lead to easier bleeding. You could try a bit of caffeine, I think the amount of caffeine considered safe in pregnancy is still controversial but conservative estimates are one to two caffiene drinks per day and some say more is ok.

Tylenol. Have her try to avoid any meds if possible, for headaches have her lay down in a cool, dark spot with a cool washcloth on her forehead.

The only thing she can take is Tylenol. It sucks that when you are pregnant you get lots of aches and pains but no meds to help ease them! I experienced pretty intense migraines and was able to take Vicodin at a certian time in my prenancy, it was doctor perscribed and very safe. I encourage you to have her talk to her dr. if the tylenol doesn't seem to help.
Also, KUDOS to you! For being so supportive and involved in your girl's pregnancy. Very cool :)

certainly in simple terms ask her OB - of direction, homeopathic at a well being nutrition save like Boiron variety or Hylands has a great headache formula it is secure. i've got heard that green pippen apples are stable against issues. it ought to easily be a passing virus, yet even the homeopathic is secure for every physique and utilising your guy or woman physique's protection mechanisms to combat for you. I surely have used Hylands mutually as lactacting to CALM me down and it is noted as CALMS - very healthful stuff. no longer slightly area outcomes. make certain you have become extreme high quality calcium in vegetables (specific carrots and brocolli have calcium) and positioned some cheese. My sought after dairy is Alta Dena because of the fact their cows are dealt with properly - no hormones, etc. and that they make a great cheese from their uncooked milk i've got heard that uncooked milk is the main suitable because of the fact the calcium is reachable from purely the uncooked milk and surely the pasteurized milk depletes your physique of calcium. See study in this to be confident. Take care and do devour healthful ingredients. no longer lots sugar and white processed flour products. end result and vegetables are maximum suitable! God bless you all. Mrs. C

Tylenol. Babycenter.com is a great resource for these types of questions. I used it all through my pregnancy and still use it for my 2 1/2 year old.

Tylenol/acetaminophen, though I'd call the doctor first to be sure. Ibuprofen and aspirin are blood-thinners, so they're not recommended. Is she also dizzy or seeing "spots"? If she is, she needs to call IMMEDIATELY, as it could be preeclampsia, though this doesn't usually happen before the 20th week or so.
