My wife took two pregnancy tests. They were both negative. Does that mean she’s pregnant?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! I think double negative babies take a little longer too cook though, i think they usually don't get done until about 9 months after a positive reading on a test but it is still exiting.
