Yes - its true but not common. It's caused by stimulation of the 'female prostate' via the G-spot. It's not sticky and thick like mens' - more watery and less smell and comes out in a gush.

There are those that claim they can attain a "female ejaculation" however everything I've read on the subject describes the sensation as being akin to peeing yourself (the quantity & consistancy of the fluid, that is). I think I would rather have a regular orgasm - minus the ejaculation, thank you!
