Yahoo! is an Internet company;
as such, 'they don't have a phone number to call;
logic being, if you have something to complain about, you have to have I-net access; thus, you can send an e-mail.
even though you don't get to talk to a person right away (more or less, depending on the availability of an agent....), you usually get an answer within a couple of days; furthermore, the answer will have been directed to a competent person, which will save you the frustration of having to explain your problem over and over and over and over... again, just to be transferred to the next clerk :-&; considering that Yahoo! is not providing services for mission critical functions, this should suffice. if you feel that you need assistance faster, you most likely paranoid ;)

some phone companies offer packages in collaboration with Yahoo!; you may then be able to call the phone company for assistance, toll-free if applicable.
