I want to respect her decicion but I don't think its fair. We've been friends for a long time and now we live 400 miles away. We have dated in the past but we decided that it would be better to stay friends . He's a very honest & faithful person so he tells her everything. I am seeing someone at the moment so it's not like she really has something to worry about we do live far away. So I don't know if I should try to change her mind or just leave it alone.

If your bestfriend went along with this crazy idea, then he's the idiot. I would have a talk with him and find out if he's really willing to let go of your friendship for another woman. And if he agrees to not see you, then I would not waste any of my time with either one of them.

It's always going to be hard for a girl to see her bf being friends with another girl. Maybe get on the phone with both of them and try to come to some sort of conclusion.

You need to talk to you best friend. You were in the picture way before his gf was. She could be jealous of you. I know its right to respect her decision, but you need to tell your best friend to talk to his gf, unless he wants to obey her decision as well.

if its your best friend I think he made the wrong decision, true friends are harder to find than women and he needs to realize his mistake and get rid of her
