How often do you say...?

I love you? and how often do you really mean it?

whenever we get together and then i say it a lot and really do mean it.

I try to say it as often as possible, and I always mean it when I say it. I say it to family, close friends and my boyfriend of almost 2 years. I tell them I love them, and remind them that if not for them, I wouldn't be where I am today.
