Im going through the same situation right now. I went to the emergency room on August 16,2006 and was told that I had miscarried. I went for a follow up appt to my doc's office and was tested again, and my Hcg levels were up so I'm still pregnant. I go to an ultrasound next week. All I have to say is have faith in god, if it was meant to be your daughter will have a beautiful baby, if not she'll have an angel watching over her. May god bless you and your daughter. It doesn't hurt to have faith and hope. Best Wishes!!!

I CAN HELP ALOT!
I was haveing some cramping but nothing major no bleeding at all and had a vaginal ultrasound they said they seen the gestational sac and then went back and just seen the yolk sac and they said I WOULD HAVE A misscarage 100% so i said screw them and they tryed to get me to do a DC wich is an abortion bc i would have an abortion anyway DO NOT LISTEN whats happened is 1 the baby is just small b/c of smoking or prior use of drugs has "basiacally" "stundet its growth lol " thats a weird was of saying it but they said all that to me but im 6 months now.
also what was wrong with me is they had my pregnacy too far along than what it was so that why they told me that. I WOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT IT AT ALL @@@@@@ bc if no bleeding or major cramping they could just have the age wrong or if shes a smoker thats could be it ... you want to talk to me about any other things that went on later on the drs said other things that want true write me or im me at angel_2000_diva_2000 @ yahoo.com

she COULD have lost the baby and the sac is still there. That IS KNOWN to happen. When I did that it took me a couple of more weeks to miscarry fully like the bleeding yet it was NOTHING like I have seen story's mine was light like my period. I would have NEVER known that I was preg. if I did not go get blood done at 2 weeks. This is also called a Molar Pregnancy. BEST WISHES

My sister-in-law had a "molar" pregnancy. The sperm fertilized the egg, it started to divide, it implanted and released pregnancy hormones. Eventually (early on) the cells stopped turning into differentiated cells that would become body parts and just divided randomly...not turning into anything that would make a baby. Apparently she could have gone one for months like this getting bigger and growing something that was never going to become a baby. She had no signs of and irregular pregnancy...only baby hormone levels that were increasing faster than they should have. She had to have a D&C to clean things out. It was sad but necessary. I so hope that there is nothing wrong with your daughter's pregnancy and that your family welcomes a healthy baby into your family in the coming year.

i haven't been through it, but my best friend did. the same thing happened to her. she had no cramping or bleeding either. the baby just stopped growing. based on how may weeks she was and the hormone levels not increasing the doctors knew she had miscarried. she had to have a d&c, but a few months later she got pregnant again and now has a baby boy. good luck to your daughter and if it is a miscarriage just remember it was for a good reason and she can try again.

I was in a similar situation, but I was just earlier in my pregnancy than the Dr.s thought. It could be a normal pregnancy, or it could be that there was never a baby to begin with. I know this is hard, I stressed about mine until I found out there was a baby (viable pregnancy) after all, but all you can do now is wait. Good luck!

I can only offer words of encouragment, as I am not a miracle worker. The situation is what it is and as tragic as a miscarriage can be, it is often for the better. The body knows when something is not going well genetically and miscarriages if it is going to give birth to a deformity
