Select the application, then hit the "Remove" button, then wait for it to be uninstalled. How many times are you going to ask this same question?

If you want to uninstall it, click on:
Start
then: Control Panel
then: Add/Remove programs
then: Select the program and click Remove.
If you just want to remove the default program that opens it, follow the same steps to open your Control Panel.
Then, click on:
Tools,
then: Folder Options
then: File Types
Find cstrike and select it.
Then click Advanced and then Change. You will see the statement Always use the....
Uncheck the box and click OK. The next time you open cstrike, it will prompt you instead of opening automatically. I do this quite often with different types of photo/imaging software so that it doesn't open automatically - I have to pick one based on what I am going to be doing. If you need more help, let me know.
