I smell oil from around my fridge, and there is condensation inside??

Sounds like your compressor is leaking and the inside temperature is going up. You will have to call a service person.

Check temp(fridge=35-45f freezer 0f) if OK then don't worry.If not then buy a new one(they cost too much to repair unless still in warranty
