Or at least in the NL?
AL has many canidates. Jeter, moreanu, dye, ortiz, halladay.

NL has PUJOLS, and uhhhhhhh..... there was Davind Wright but ever since he got his big signing bonus hes sucked, Beltran has a very low batting avg. and Howard will have at least 120 strikeouts.

How retarded is Far guy? Or whatever the **** his name is. Beltran is very overrated, his avg. sucks, obp sucks, slg sucks. the only reason the mets are winning the nl east is becuase they had to spend as about as much as the yankees to stop the embarassment of the ATL Braves kicking their asses for about 15 years!!!!!! METS SUCK!! IM SORRY THEY JUST DO!

Pujols is the man... if he stays healthy he will be HOF material, no doubt...

Pujols is definitely one of themost feared hitters in the game today, and without him in the lineup the Cardinals are in trouble. That being said he should be the MVP of the NL. I am a Mets fan and would love to see Beltran win it, but he has Reyes, Delgado, Wright, and LoDuca around him in the lineup.

No, Carlos Beltran is the NL MVP and Ryan Howard is better than Pujols

Pujols sucks. Get over it.

Delgado is definitely out of his slump, hopefully Davy will be out of his soon, and Beltran just keeps getting better. He is not overrated, at least not as much as the Braves. Dude, get your facts straight.

O, and J-Far isn't retarded. You are.

Certainly the best in the NL. Id like to see him against AL pitching on a consistant basis. Im guessing however, that he is the best in the game since he has played well in the few games he has played against the AL.

In the NL maybe, but the AL is so much better than the NL that i dont think you can say he's better than Jeter, Ortiz or Manny

This is very painful for me to answer, but even though I am a Die-Hard Cubs fan,I also believe Albert is the best player in baseball right now. He should have been MVP the last 3 years

Definitely the best in the NL. I think he'd be just as good in the AL, but I'd have to see it first.

if the mets sucked as much as u say they do, they wouldn't be a top their division with a comfortable 15.5 game lead. ( & i'm not even a mets fan) & whatever they did, it seems to be working, now pujols being the best in the mlb right now, i have to disagree with u.

Jermaine Dye is the best player in the league. He hits for great average, hits for the long ball, has some speed. Hes all around the best player.

pujols is one of my fav. players in the NL, but he needs to get his shitt together...all i've seen him do for the past week or two is hit pop-ups and soft grounders...if they're gonna keep the lead over the reds, he needs to come with it and hit some ****** balls like he did at the start of the season
