Ya you can always carry a backpack on the first day itself. Its no big deal. Many students carry back on the first day itself.

ok i'm in the 10th grade...i usually carry around the big styilish purses that fit my notebooks and other stuff and their really cute and i have a locker so i won't need to carry all my books around. you can buy different ones to match your outfits but sometimes it can be stressful cause i use differetn purses everyday depending on what i'm wearing. but i think instead of using backpacks i'm gonna use a purse....drawstring bags are realy cute too.

Yeah. I know this will sound gay, but you can accessorize the backpack to go with your outfit, and still look like you are there to learn. Even if you are not

Only if its a cool one that you can hide, the new Nike soft ones can be folded so that it fits in your pocket, just in case noone else does! Thats what my kids did, hahaha! High school can be soooo socially challenging at times.

yes, cause i need all my school supplies in there. first day is always important! if you're organize the first day, the rest of your school year will be a breeze. things tend to follow what your first day of school is like.
