if your 25 and every day still wears pigtails then you have a big problem
but if your 25 and wears it once in a while lets say 2 times a month then nothing is wrong with that

nah i still wear em now and then and i'm 25. i think it all depends on how i'm dressed and what i'm gonna be doing as sometimes i just don't want to wear a simple ponytail and pigtails keep my bangs out of my face better.

Personally, I don't like 'em. Not even on little girls. But it's your hair, and if you wanna wear it in pigtails, it "oink" up to me to tell you not to.

No,it is not too old.You should wear your hair anyway you want and you are comfortable in.It doesnt matter what other people say about you it is how you feel about yourself.Reguardless of how your hair looks or what you are wearing if you are confident and comfortable in who you are that is what is going to matter and shine through.People will notice you not for what you wear or how you look but how you carry yourself and present yourself from the inside.Remember you cant please everyone,but you can please yourself.I say wear them.Good luck.
